Naturopathic Health Consulting

Classical Naturopathy teaches that your body has the ability to build and maintain health when;

• You consume and assimilate all the nutrients vital to building health
• Waste products that are a normal byproduct of cellular action are properly removed

To assess how your body is accomplishing these goals, we perform a test on your urine and saliva that helps us analyze and understand your body's nutritional status and detoxification ability.  You provide us with a first morning urine and saliva sample after a 12 hour fast. We will also perform a Heart Rate Variability test to measure how you are dealing with stress and a Bioelectrical Impedance test to measure the overall health of your cells. We will also perform a urinalysis test that may indicate a high heavy metal load in your body.

After we run these tests, we will consult with you for about 90 minutes. The personal consultation will consist of:

• Reviewing your urine/saliva test and other evaluations and teaching you about the steps you may need to take based upon the findings
• Learn from you, your health goals and objectives
• Carefully create a nutritional supplementation program unique to your test results, your goals and objectives and personal health history
• Suggest any other modalities such as stress management, exercise, dietary changes, detoxification, cranial sacral therapy, far infrared sauna or ionic footbaths, based upon your own needs, goals and objectives.

All of the supplements we recommend are from natural sources. We do not recommend supplementation made chemically or artificially.

The first visit, which includes the urine and saliva test, a heavy metal and the one hour consultation with Hannah Hershey, RN and 30 minutes with Robert Miller, ND is $99.
